I feel bad about slacking in my yoga practice for almost two weeks now. This morning though, I decided to do a thirty-minute heart opening yoga session and boy, I was trembling so bad, I had to stop. I'll try again later. It's so hard to maintain good habits when your life is a mess and you are constantly swamped with work and pressure.
But I need to get back on track. That's the only thing I will consider.
So tonight, I'm going to run again and after which, do some yoga for thirty minutes. In the meantime, I have to write the scripts for our readers' theatre and write my stories for the publication, and maybe sleep for an hour.
Why am I writing this? For the sole purpose of giving myself a little bit of public pressure. That's it.
So in a way, you are already helping me for the better.
