Today is my brothers Birthday Party!
Wuhoo! A lot of food, people, music, friends and noise.
I rarely move in fashion circles and literally repent crowds, so here I am in an internet cafĂ© and though today is Black Saturday and outside Bench Dorillo seems to be a ghost town, I don’t care. I love being alone for now, though going out at this time is extremely dangerous, I prefer this than being secluded by a lot of moving human beings inside my abode.
I am happy because my cousins from Iloilo City came today. They will be leaving tomorrow though, and guess what, there’s about 16 kids in my room at this moment. My room, a total mess basically has just turned into a total disaster. It looks like a nursery – or maybe worse.
My dad came home for a very brief vacation last Thursday and now he is gone back to Laguna. I feel indiffirent, perhaps because I am getting used of being left behind. But for the first time after three years, I kissed my dad goodbye.
Rey is gone, officially. He’s in Bataan at this time, maybe. We texted a lot this morning, and got really juicy secrets.
I and the circle of friends went to plaza after the party. And guess what, a lot of guys made us barrow their bikes. And of course, I grabbed one. The activity was awesome, exhilarating and painful. If you know what I mean… but I really love doing it. It’s so liberating. I felt like an invincible super chick.
I miss my friends.
Dhary and me will come back to Iloilo this Monday, to buy my mp3 and her cell phone and hang-out a little.
Actually, last Thursday, my siblings, mom and I went to Iloilo to go shop for the gadget but unfortunately, the malls were close except for Gaisano where I met Jay, by chance. We had a chance to see each other for the last time, thanks. Well, the mall I’m always at is Robinson’s and I postponed the buying of the MP3 player because I prefer CD-R King’s, as recommended by Jay.
So I bought a Hanson paperback. I read it immediately while riding the bus going back home while munching a chocolate bar. Hershey’s.
Friday, I involved myself in the procession, this kind of things always make me cry. I always cry at processions, I don’t know why. Perhaps, I’m a saint or something. Haha! Or a very tender heart is what I possess. I’m just so moved by Jesus Christ - who he is and what he did for me.
There was a lot of TV this week. A lot of films from pirated DVDs. A lot of good shows on Discovery Channel, especially, Man VS. Wild. A Lot of soft and rock music. A lot of missing you songs and a lot of girly rock. *smiles
So those were my activities. Who cares about me? Well myself? I just love looking back to how my life is going though I’m missing a lot of my regular activities when school was there. It kind of comforts me that life is basically happy and is supposed to be lived wisely. *sighs. I’m excited for college!
